MTN – Fibre to the Home
A fibre to the home campaign, driving awareness on MTN’s network and solutions.
Conceptualising and executing an inhouse call centre to close leads generated by the field sales force and acquire new sales via inbound and outbound calling.
Front end and backend software development to capture leads and show benefits of Fibre vs. ADSL solutions and report on campaign return on investment through conversion tracking.
Liaising with homeowners’ associations, malls & schools to set up activations and events to drive awareness around fibre solutions offered by MTN and educate consumers on the differences between network solutions.
Propose, engage, faciliate and setup brand activation opportunities together with MTN throughout South Africa in order to drive awareness and education around Fibre to the Home & supersonic products.
Drive training, development & support of all campaign activation staff and FTTH sales teams, with the purpose to engage and educate consumers around the offerings of MTN and convert consumers from competitor products.
Recruit, train and deploy a full fledged call centre to handle all lead generation, deal with customer queries and feed leads to the sales team in order to meet KPI’s and increase conversion to MTN’s products.
